Yet another PROOF that the mighty, magnificent, and majestic DOLLAR is here to say. BNP---a major Bank in FRANCE has pleaded GUILTY for transacting with sanctioned countries such as Sudan, Iran, Cuba---and is now paying 8.9 billion fine fee. Essentially-- The US dollar is like a Nuke BOMB that ONLY the USA has through the Federal Reserve bank. The entire world depends on it, and anytime --it threaten sanction-- it is a SERIOUS THREAT!!!!!!!! 
That's why the Iranians are finally had it. They are submitting to the al mighty USA for 'diplomatic talks'! That's why Putin has not gone forward with his invasion of Ukraine. Until--the world comes up with a replacement of the Mighty, Majestic, and Magnificent DOLLAR_-- I say-- we Americans are sitting quite good! Can someone please pass me the CiGAR????
