Some critics can say that the Turkish helped Mogadishu but it is a fact that UN agencies and international NGO's were developing Hargaysa for the past twenty years and putting vast sums of money in Somaliland. In-fact Hargaysa has had more handouts than Mogadishu.
No wonder why Mogadishu is the realm of the Somali people, the centre of the Somali people, can the same be said of Hargaysa where only one small clan populate rather than the diverse cosmopolitian Mogadishu.
