Does Somaliland have BUK surface-to-air missile?

I know the SNM had surface-to-air missile as they shot down many planes belonging to the Somalia airline between 1981-1991. They were originally given to the
Siad Bare regime by the Soviet Union and in return the SNM took them from the SNA. I was wondering are there any working surface-to-air missile in
Somaliland in present day?
