Less sleep during Ramadan has it's effects.

This entire Ramadan I've been sleeping at 4 AM or 5 AM up until noon, and I am now blaming this pattern for the migraines, dizziness and laziness. Only a week left and I have to rewire the hurdo, the steamy humid weather doesn't help at all. London homes insulate heat they don't cool them

I was told sleeping during night hours is more satisfying than sleeping during day hours.

you're still getting sleep
I'm feeling it right now... I need to take naps.
Come home at 11:45 pm, go to sleep before 1 AM, get back up at 4 AM to eat, drink, and pray, and then sleep at 5. Get back up around 8 AM and go to work...
No consistent stream of sleep unless its Saturday/Sunday morning
