It is not easy to creat a security where you have people who consider Al-shabaab to be "Muslims who have strayed" and people offering "dua" that they may be guided to the right path. And then there are some like Somali-transporter who believe that Al-shabaab are indeed the light. No matter how much you hate Hassan, he's just not in a position. Somalia needs a Sisi of sorts. Same thing with Kenya.
