Djibouti importing free water from Ethiopia

Alas another example of Djibouti Cunning and Wisdom, hustling someone and securing our future

something all somalis should emulate. hustling the Ethiopians so we can develop our brotherly region "Shinile" and promote more integration within our regions, tax free, duty free
and importing water for FREE, and also not getting taxed on importing materials we need to develop it. Then we shall annex it once we build it. :demonic: when Ethiopia disintegrates LOL. The plan was to have 30 years free then start paying I guess, but do you think ethiopia will last another 30 years lol, it will disintegrate before then, and we will have built up the shinile region and take it :stylin:

Also we are going to pay the Shinile residents lacaag for any inconvenience and disturbances we make while we import biyo, one brother helping the other
But the agreement stipulates that Djibouti shall pay compensations for residents of the area and for residents of some areas inside its territory that may be affected by the project.
And who lives in Shinile? This woreda is primarily inhabited by the Issa clan of the Somali people. Though there are Gadabursi and Gurgura present as well. 8-) They will get paid too.
The House of Peoples' Representatives (HPR) on Thursday unanimously endorsed the bill recently presented to it granting Djibouti full and exclusive rights to develop and transport up to 103,000 cubic meters of ground water a day from Ethiopia at no fee.

The committee chairman told the House that it was able to get proof from various governmental institutions that supplemented study findings that there was a huge amount of ground water reservoirs in the proposed project areas that are sufficient enough for the area's development activities apart from providing water to Djibouti.

What is more is that, as stipulated in the bill, Ethiopia has the commitment to ensure exemption from tax and duties goods and vehicles imported for the project.

Ethiopia is also obliged to take measures that can make the project "sustainable, to avoid pollution in and around the project."

After the project is finalized, Djibouti may set up its own company to manage the operation of the water supply system in Ethiopia's territory.

We are building a permanent pipeline from Shinile to Djibouti, Shinile is a high up region with lots of rain biyo will never run out ;)

Djibouti just secured more water for our people ayy, for all time, free of charge. Djibouti colonization and liberation of eastern ethiopia continues.. stay tuned.

Dire dawa is not part of shinile duqon it is its own spot. Abdi Johnson dont be a retard now Why do you talk without thinking horta?
(Also they group gurgura as oromo, in ethiopian census, due to bilingual affinities they have, dire dawa is a gurgura-cisse town with gadabursi people too)
theres no notable karanle in shinile,

and
we kicked out all the canfar, THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK :eat:

gurgura have always claimed dir, that's not new
it is ETHIOPIAN HABASH CENSUS TAKERS

who claim they are oromo because they speak oromo as well as somali. this is like the 86 time ive told you this, dont be a retard

cisse and gurgura united against the habash and oromo over DIRE DAWA, we won and made it a protected city and had our NAMES PUT ON THE CITY HALL

CITY OF CISSE AND GURGURA= DIRE DAWA
