Galkayo To Be Capital of Central State

The president of the state will be rotated between Hawiye (Sacad, Saleebaan, Ceyr, Abgaal, Murusade, Sarur)

The deputy will be either Mj, Merehan, Leelkase

The 3rd deputy will be Dir

All of Mudug and Galgaduud will merge to form Central State. Its capital will be Galkayo

Southern Gaalkacyo. I think it could work as there is a clear green line between North and South Gaalkacyo.

Galkayo is Galkayo, it will be the capital of central state. HG already control 60% of Galkayo city.

The UN has already pushed all over Mudug and Galgaduud to merge as one central state.

Your really enjoy pulling facts out of your behind, don't you? 3/4 Galkacyo neighbourhoods are dominated completely by MJs, followed by other PL clans. Baraxley is the smallest, least densely populated neighbourhood, even calling it 10 percent is exaggerating.

So wait, a Leelkase has a higher chance of being in a position of leadership in a majority Hawiye region than a Hawiye?

That is some messed up mathematics there. This is what happens when you have arbitrary allocations based on qabiil, makes no sense.
