not official but I got some info says that the town matabaan may join the central state and the villages around her will join the next state to be formed. This is a different system, its not a provincial admin or is not based on provinces rather on the regional populations according to the vision2016s tafsiir of the constitution.

Yeah there's a plan hiiraan&middle shabelle to form one federal state, according to my info(not stating it on behalf of others like reer middle shabelle), baladweyne will be its federal capital since most leaders hail from hiiraan like farah abdulqadir who's looking for bases in his power struggle with other leaders so he wants to have a "shani" in baladweyne, baydhabo and kismayo where guleed will have a "shani" in the central state.

In other words if it was controlled by johar farah abdulqadir will have less influence in there.


Well, certain clan having central state, the supposed hiiraan and middle shabelle state plus the capital still makes them ahead of others.

Sacad and Saleebaan just need one little match light going off at a baraag/ceel (Water well) before genocidal fratricide commences.

Marehan and Cayr will stay to the terms of their truce and not interfere past their joint border

The groups in Ceelbuur will be periphery for over looking towards Jowhar.

There isn't even going to be a "fight" because no group in the region will even dream of taking the state to the other district

the central tate is much easier than jubba!

The central state is dominated by one clan wich is HG, marehan are politically HG allies, ceelbuur are politically HG allies since salbalaar and TNG some even say they were part of walaalaha galgaduud through the TNG, no serious political problems between these groups.

Yes there are local HG conflicts, between himanheeb and galmudug but at the end they are one subclan

This is one of the very few times I will actually agree with Sahal that GG is the simplest State in My estimation. Marexan GG, seem close to HG relatively speaking. Problem is guys like Qeybdiid, are horrible faces to have. He will get burned alive if he sets foot in Cadaado.

The whole reer mudug have one culture, even galmudug and puntland are mixed security wise to some point

On the other hand, jubba clans are like qobrus turkiya and qobrus yonan, pro somalia and pro kenya clans, plus they are not a well established societies as every region claims them
