What's wrong with shopping at Wal Mart? Not for clothes or shoes but everything else is fine. It's convenient. Are you going to get your oven mitts or toothpaste or an oil change some high end store or something.... it makes no sense when people bash Wal Mart. It carries all quality and brand name products.

You need to do cardio workout 5 or 6 days a week and 500 sit-ups first week, and add 100 sit-ups each subsequent week. Watch also what you eat. In 3 months that gut will go away, guaranteed.
