bro, it is very expensive.
my family just forked out $50k on 2 jago in wadada 150. the only jagooyin that are under $20k are those outside the city.
but if you want the hot places right now, it is mansoor area and wadada 150ka.

Advice, buy in a area where you have family or your "tribe" is majority there. You will have others claiming your land if you don't buy properly or don't have the backing of locals.

Lol this guy. You will have people claiming 5 years after, if you don't build quickly. Always make sure its proper, you don't wanna spend too much to have someone saying its theirs. With the price of land, its a lucrative business. Get papers and make sure its Government approved.

Don't waste $50k on already over crowded Hargeisa, that is a big mistake. I would rather advice you to build 3 villas in Maydh by the beach, later you
could resell them to the diaspora at a higher price.

Non natives should leave hargeisa ASAP. I am sick and tabcaan of people from other cities and towns chillen in my hood and I can't even buy land
