this will be a country called U.S.S

U.S.S will have 19 states

- Lower Jubba
- Mid. Jubba
- Lower Shabelle
- Mid. Shabelle
- Gedo
- Bai
- Bakool
- Banaadir
- Hiraan
- Mudug
- Galguduud
- Nugaal
- Bari
- Sool
- Sanaag
- Togdheer
- Woqoyi Galbeed
- Awdal
-Djibouti

U.S.S will have a strategic capital , chosen without bias or butthurt.

Each state in U.S.S will have its own capital and government but all come under and obey one central government.

Nope! I got you loud and clear... you had a wild idea (indeed)...a fantasy (a nightmare even) that'll never happen. It stand for Somali.
It stand for hope, because thats the foundation of that flag.

Every other flag in the whole of somalia stand for something but none can measure up to the blue and white star.
