Unprofessional Somali travel agencies or dumb flyer?

I just heard that a Somali woman was refused to board her plane this week after her passport name didn't match that on the ticket. There was a spelling error(s). She was flying to Africa. It might not have been an issue worth noticing on African Express Airways or Daalo but Air Canada flat out said no.

The thing is... this is like the third time I've heard of such an incident from one particular Somali travel agency. But the mistake could have been made from the passengers

This happened to a friend of mine .. both parties are to blame lakin I think the fault lies with the traveller, like you said double check. I am so OCD when it comes to travelling.
