Let us be real guys. In Xamar you wont find people who loves dowladnimo. You will only find people protesting for killers, protesting for warlords like Daaci and Aweys.
The Govt lead by Abdi Weli wants to enforce disarmament, a great move for the first time in 20 years. Look how the civilians stand behind warlords?!

hargeisa and bosaso are not part of Somalia. They are part of Somaliland and Puntland, our neighbours.

Baydhabo is the obvious choice.
It is a city that is neutral ground for darood and hawiye. Both would be outsiders there.
