SAY NO TO FOREIGN "AID", Puntland was built on the backs of its hardworking citizens and flourished with barely any help from foreign donors. The aim is to cut foreign aid out altogether. "Iskaa wax u qabso" is the order of the day.

By Far the largest and most ambitious project is the 'Wadaagsin Highway" project which will connect Galdogob to Garacad.
Funds are raised from within Puntland's community, native engineers and construction companies are being employed. The Mudug community embarked on an incredible project to connect Galdogob, Galkayo to Gara’ad that consist of 320 KM from Ethiopia border to the Indian Ocean. This is a community grassroots level effort and has so far caused local and state government to take notice of community self-help development effort. This is a community development at its best. Soon, Galdogobians will have fish caught in Garacad for lunch.
