I have heard Illey is trying to wrestle Garissa from ONLF. NO?

Bermooda only way that can happen is if they infiltrate the Gov but the Garissa Government know not touch such issues as it would inflame the whole county. Furthermore there is some Sharci in Kenya even the Kenyan Kikiyu Police who helped capture the ONLF leaders last year have been apprehended and the Ethio Sirdoon creating insecurity in Garissa and Nairobi are now been handled.
