Garowe was a dusty cisse riyoole village 10-15 years ago with jus a few local sub tribes living in there. They have made amazing strides to get where they are, idk why people are comparing it to hargeisa and other larger cities which have been hubs for a very long time. If you went to garowe 10 years ago, I'd say about only 20-30%, or maybe even less, of the current city existed. So y'all need to fall tf back.
