btw there is no "new hargeisa suldaan" but cabdella isaxaaq suldaan

Xiiray is the Isaxaaq Suldaan unless he was changed. Do Qaasin have a separate Suldaan?

Yes they have their own suldaan, but xiiray is considered the general isaxaaq suldaan by most
