the sheikh is talking about something other than religion for a change he's angry about the Somali youth who need to straighten up and become educated instead of hanging around in the streets. He's mentioning the social issues that effect Somalis here in the diaspora. I say good on him. I would be angry too as Somalis are too ignorant to listen.
