I just want to apologise to Baldy for being so against him for so many months. I will still be wary of him but I will stop being anti-Baldy.

Yes he did, it was the cabinet that endorsed and created the hub ka dhigis law on the 4th of August and was implemented on the 7th August.GIJaamac wrote:

Get this in your thick skull, the disarmament programme was introduced by the cabinet and endorsed on the 7th August, without the cabinet this whole disarmament wouldn't had happened. Besides the point, disarmament would had happened sooner or later, but because of Baldy's work effort it is him who decided to implement the programme, I never said he initiated the idea, since disarmament idea comes from every sane Somali.GIJaamac wrote:Nigga the disarmament program is part of the 2016 roadmap. It has nothing to do with Baldy you sad fu*k.
AMISOM and IGAD presence what does that got to do with Jubbaland peace progress? They are just outsiders. It is the locals and leaders that implement and come to a agreement. You dumb jareer cuntGIJaamac wrote: As for the Jubba thing. Well a picture is worth a thousand words.
