Even though I don't agree with some of the things he said.
I agree with one thing and that is the structure of Somali clans and the wisdom behind it (if you put it into a historical context and not how it's used today) because it proves that Somalis before a certain time period used to trace their ancestor maternally which coincides with the societies that existed around us for instance Ancient Egypt, it was a society where someone would trace his ancestry through a matrilineal line, even the kingdom or crown was passed through a female so a pharaoh had to marry his sister in order to become a pharaoh and the pharaohs who were not of royal descent had to marry a female of royal descent.
You also have the Kandakes who ruled the Kingdom of Kush etc.
In modern day Somali clan structure the matrilineality evolved into matrilineal alliances. The use of Bah, Habar, etc. are examples, the professor mentions it and explains it some to extent. He also mentions clans with different origin in terms of patriarchal lineage that still are the same ''Bah''.

Somalis are all part of a confederation lol so what's new?
Qabil is fake and those who think it is real may Allah help them.
