Hurdo Dillema

Fellaz,

I noticed if i sleep more than 8 hours, the next day i am totally wrecked, tabcaan and no energy
HOWEVER
if i sleep say 6 hours, i am full of energy

any body else have noticed this ?

Yeah. The more sleep I get (over 8hrs) the more lethargic I become.

Over sleeping could cause tiredness and laziness.

Personally, cannot sleep more than 3 hours at the times.

so why do doctors say you should get 8 hours of sleep each night, ?

Good morning,

Yeah currently having the same problem.

5-6 hrs does it for me, more than that I tend to be very moody throughout the day.

HooBariiska-

This is me.

if i don't sleep enough part me is energized and other part is exhausted.So what happens is i become more talkative and confidence level goes up. If i get enough sleep most of the time i am mellow and don't have much to say.

I really don't know why doctors say that but how some one can sleep 8 hours or more strieght? Let us say I sleep right after isshah , to the fajer not even 8 hours! Plus how one pray salatullail?

Maybe they mean 8 hours out of 24 hours including nap times.

^^ doctors who say that are obviously not muslims, waa ku sidee sxb, but your right it doesnt make sense from islamic point of arag. Short naps here and there, thats how it should be

Hoob, Maybe u r used to sleeping 6 hours. Our bodies can adopt any pattern of routine u teach it. 8 hours is good for our body. (I sleep 9 1/2 hours) The tired feeling u feel is your bones being rejuvenated. Your body is like a computer, it needs rebooting. :lol:


Hyper--the reason u cant sleep more than three hours at a time is--u suffer from buffis. That is why u r 'hyper' and are in diin regiment. :up: :D

Sleeping 8+ hours is for those under 18.

I sleep 6.5 hours. Its all I need and I am fully refreshed
