I want to start making goals.
My September Plan
I have decided I am going to join a women’s gym near my work place. I will check the place this coming Tuesday and see what they have to offer.
I will invest in good pair of runners. The pain in my feet have decreased drastically so I will start walking outside more For September.
My October Plan
- is to start the gym and use something like a Elliptical trainer, the arc trainer, stationary bike, stair-master/stair mill. I will also try weight training
My goal is to update my plan and progress at the beginning of every week inshallah. So I think my next update should be on Sept. 28. I think I may add more to the plan by then.
