Somalis in the Gulf always try to go the west even though they're better off where they are. I guess its due to a combination of naivety and curiosity that makes them willing to move to Europe/North America.

The west is backwards, If i lived in one of the Gulf countries and knew how life is in the west i would laugh at the idea of going.
