BigPharma--multinational drug companies, corrupt doctors, greedy fertility clinics and banks-- will supply the drugs and you forget all about it. Lot of use of passive voice here. If it were a priveledge, then who would decide who is worthy and who is not? What do you do with the pregnant woman who is determined to be unworthy? Must she abort? Must she give the child up for adoption? This sounds disurbingly close to some sort of facist ideology (read eugenics).
