Not true. This is 100% false and just lazy people saying that shit. I use to have your typical geel jire body when I did track n field, loaded with slow twitch muscle fibers (what makes Somalis naturally skinny). All you gotta do is eat a caloritic surplus, consume 1g protein per lb of body weight and go hard as fuck in the gym. Sounds easy but it's actullay hard as fuck and takes complete commitment and a big lifestyle change; which is why few people actullay do it right. But anyone can get big if they put in the work, that fast/slow metabolism shit is a common misconception. So why are you ignoring your back and shoulders? Seems to me like your just dicking around in the gym. When you do chest exercises your shoulders get worked too, might as well do shoulders. A stronger back improves your posture, core stability and makes you look sexy.
