Probably over-ranking democracy and free press and under-ranking stability and economic development. Democracy and free press are great but they are actually negatives in terms of stability.

On that map Sweden is depicted to be roughly the same size as Somalia, Kenya and Tanzania combined. Canada and Greenland are larger than Africa.
