Which country has the best Somali girls?

I'm talking about girls that are on the market 18-23 year olds from the West(due to cultural differences no Africans or Khaleejis).
The category for these girls is:
Good girl as in she has her deen and her akhlaaq intact
Marriageable (mature and can take care of a family)
Good looking as in she's not fat and takes care of herself
Good family
Education is not important but a plus
Confidence and self-respect is very important
Beauty is not important but a plus
So which country is it so I could make my move?

Woah I thought khaleejis were the worst match considering the cultural differences between us and them and the bigotry of their arab counterparts, its good to hear something different.

Obviously some girls wont fit the criteria but there is a way they can substantiate their deficits by having a Phd or being Sheikhad.
I am fair when it comes to marriage, unlike the girls nowadays who want 20k mahar or revert husbands.
