Its a strange case but it can happen she has to force him perhaps he has his hands tight and she rides him sexually this can happen technically, but its very unusual. Some ppls say that men are naturally genetically more hornier than woman.. Men produce more sex hormones than woman

Women can rape men. Rape happens when the victim us unwilling to have sex and is forced to do it. In Africa women there have been cases where women raped men at gunpoint. I suppose this guy not waking up at all during this act can only be explained by alcohol.

"He woke up"...she probably couldn't force him when he's awake and can defend himself. The world still a place where a man will not fear to walk a dark alley lest he is raped by an approaching female.
