Bali Guud II (Bahir Yeshaq two)

Post by Hawdian »

Khalid Ali has raised very important subject and personally I can tell it's well-thought idea and now he needs to pitch to our investors to finance his dream. That is the key. As you by now know I'm into politics as well as improving the lives of our people. I can say I am passionate about that. I can see Khalid's Bahir Yeshaq materializing if we pitched to the wealthy Isaac individuals. Remember that's why the British built its Empire. It was never about armies nor about use of force. Few British came with ideas with the elite and the wealthy individuals financed their dreams. One of my most inspirational figure is Cecil John Rhodes. He is the man who brought the British Empire to southern Africa and later sized up his nation and named it after himself (Rhodesia aka Zimbabwe). He is also the founder of Rhodes Scholarship and De Beers, the world's largest diamond company.

He used his wealth to fund his ambitious goals and so today we should do the same. There are countless Isaac men and women with stash of cash just sitting in their accounts. If they wish to gamble and get big rewards, they should finance goals such as Khalid's Bahir Yeshaq dream :D

The English did not send no army but rather "companies" to foreign lands to establish the seeds; example East India Company (India colony, Virginia Company (US), British South Africa Company (Found by Cecil))...

I like Khalid's thinking and he should go through by gaining capital funds. Buy small block of land, experiment, bring your cousin, then uncle, then corporations.

It is long term plan.

On such occasion, I like to kick-start the eastern project; The Bali Guud II. It can be our eastern folks busy and those not inline with Khalid's views. We do not all need to be on the same ship sailing to the same destination. We should go all directions but bring the fruits home

A lot of water is lost between the lands between Sahil, Togdher and Sanaag. Millions of gallons of water each year make their way to the ocean from here and thus we need to dam that water. We can start with medium sized bali. First two years our focus should be damming some of that water and using it to create wetlands that will in the future enhance the dam's abilities to catch water. We should introduce birds and plants to reinforce it. We should not allow nomads to use it for the first two or three years until we create sustainable wetlands.

I invite biologist MrPrestige to give his two cent on the plants and vegetation. I know he is passionate about plants and trees in general.

Example (btw I took the photos myself, we are Isaac we do things ourselves :D ).

Once we reach the vegetation and creation of the wetlands, we can create a series nearby dams for nomads and their livestock. All nomads are to become members and all are to be registered including the number of heads of animals they have. Each year they can contribute few animals to the project as a form of insurance.

BALI GUUD plan:

Phase One

Catchment
Wetlands (plants, vegetation, rocks, logs)
Plants and vegetation
Wild life including birds

Phase two

Livestock dams
Membership scheme

Phase three

Irrigation

Phase Four

Birdwatching, picnic
Tourism
Camp sites

Over ten years project.

OD,

It's coming soon. Stay tuned... :)

I'm assembling the team for the time being and then we going to get our own diggers, bulldozers and few dump trucks like Hirsi Ali Haji Hassan. It's about a million.

I like that idea its not necessarily needed to go the same direction , Isaaqs in the east can go further east , nothing wrong with that and we have to pave the road for them. Build new cities build new towns, by the way very nice pictures. Its all about the right marketing tools Hawdian everything we aspire can be arraigned. Do you know ina Aw Siciid the Telecom boss of Somaliland and Djibouti , he was inspired by the Phones the guy has just a mere high school diploma but he had a vision , he started in the bakery, but he had a vision we need to look for many isaaqs with the right ideas. We can raise Money for our cause.

Khalid,

We will go far and our ideas will reach our people one way or another. Personally, I am excited about the Somaliland National Library. That is where we should aim and occupy a section of it. We can make our own category by publishing small eponymous essays, opinions and debates on certain subjects. We can call it "Thinker's Library".

For example, if I recall right X.Playa said he plans to publish a book on the Dervishes. We can enlist such books and stimulate the minds of our people while they are young (60-70% are under the age of 30 and do not recall no Somali Republic), fresh and burning with visions.

Image

We should put great emphasizes on history, humanism, rationalism and Lander renaissance. By introducing humanism, we teach our society to think beyond habar and reer. The subject is no longer addressed as "nin reer hebel" but rather "ninka" for example "Ninka iyo Dayaxiisa", "Ninku muxu yahay?", "Ninka Waberiga".

From here we team up with the likes of your cousin (Asal/Milgo media) and publish our own prints and send it to the rest of the Somali peninsula. The idea is not to give them hope in ixtiraaf radis but to redefine them and shape their minds...erasing all the past through institutions and higher thinking including empowerment such as young grand Bahir Yeshaq vision (will get many wealthy individuals to lobby behind you). We shape our society beyond recognition. We defined them by giving them eternal dreams and vision beyond going to New Yorkk for a piece of paper.

Life is a gift from Allah and creation from Allah a default recognition of your existence by the Highest of all. Allah himself.

Excellent the Library project in Hargeysa is a tremendous project and the fund raise is going on a High speed and i believe thats where we can reach out to the youth for our Plans. The Bahir Yeshaq foundation trust me will have allot of followers Education is what can connect the youth.

Most Somalilanders are very familiar with Ethiopia and have no negative attitude towards Ethiopia'' here and there some prejudice mostly an Islamic distrust. Many Somalilanders have gone to study in Ethiopia , our goals should be to enlighten people. Bahir Yeshaq foundation supports trade and economic ties between Ethiopian Ethnics Isaaqs included and Somalilanders included to. The 2 Bali's should be equally divided the settled Balis in the east should be given their own training's to move forward. It can be really quickly advertised we have the right tools to achieve it.

When Somaliland celebrates 25 year of Independence in 2 years we should invite the star of the Horn of Africa teddy afro to give a concert at Kheriyada Hargeysa, I have a friend of mine who lives now in hargeysa but used to live in Holland he says we need to spread our message through culture dance also he has great ideas Hawdian let me know when u are heading Home hargeysa i will introduce you to allot of people, we keep in touch inaadeer.
