Customer service in Jomo Kenyatta is also terrible. When I was there they let a mentally ill man into our flight—mind you he had virtually no paperwork— and not a damn was given as he wandered the cabin harassing and frightening people, especially this old chubby grandmother.

That's disgraceful behavior....They should of told the wannabe Frenchies to do one.
I've been through Djibouti a few times......bare coconuts working there. :)
