This is what I wrote in 9 september

the plans to run for the presidential elections hoping to use his saudi/ UAE relations as their candidate in somalia, so, he's trying to make jubbaland his constituency

Once he fails, like the case of abdiwali gaas, he will land in kismayo!

This is the reason why he's now cooperating with kenya in many issues like her somali refugees to get her endorsement!

Some informations say that madobe is worry of his kenyan relations so he welcomed farah abdulqadir to kismayo(with halane and godah) and accepted their deal in wich the pm failed earlier to reach it in order to give back the initiative to the presidents wing

Now what's new since then?

This theory was there before and i even have some very old threads about the pm planning to use his position(supposedly to be a cover for dj in the gulf countries) and make relations with the UAE through an ambassador that he would appoint him but this attemp has failed

The last security operations was managed by muungaab and sanbaloolshe, muungaab was all the time on the phone but doesn't want to be noticed bc of must guys who get targeted belong to his clan

Well the Ministers just named Maxahmed Tuuryare who took the former position vacated by Muungaab which is Gudomiyaah maxkamad sare and basically was brought in by Muungaab himself. Now Muungaab gets him the nabadsugida even though farah cabdulkadir and Xasan sheikh had their own man. This is quite entertaining.
