I agree with the people on the clip. we don't need foreign workers while our young people are dying on tahriib.
they should stay away.

Why not bring in Somali diaspora educated elites in Engineering and electricians to lead some of the projects to train the locals in order to fill the vacuum . Instead of Africans nevertheless the boom in construction is positive. But the locals need to be empowered and given a break to much time has been lost. Since Somali business community are investing Somali technicians need to be brought to Mogadishu, the government needs to facilitate the process. The same way they pave the way for Business communities. Thats what Xamar needs right now.

I agree with the guy; shaqooyinka hoos hoos should be given to the locals. There were a couple of tuk-tuks at the end of the video; interesting.

I think one of the biggest problems with training or staffing young Somalis today in Xamar is the fact they're not dependable, and lack self discipline. Nonetheless, these sort of things are bound to change as long as safe working environments continue to progress in the capital :som: :up:
