Story goes, the Soldier called police to help him after he was assaulted by roomates and kicked out of his apartment. He is a little upset that it took police 45 minutes to arrive at the scene. At one point the officer steps toward the Soldier and that is when things escalate. Ultimately, the officer appears to use exessive force on the Soldier and is now facing scrutiny. What do you think?
