Unless he knows someone from the clinic that exposes them to the sheikh, then he is trolling, hiv exists yes, but unless he has prove he shouldn't say such a statement.

Therefore, while I agree the reporter never received any number about those patient. It is axactly how the NIH employee is trained to never give that information. Deny it if it sensitive. I know how they trained. I know an Employee who worked HIPAA. He told me exactly how they trained before they hired. They take very serious about the statistic release on sensitive information. They only gave government personnel who must register NIH to follow their guidelines.....
