Back in August, Sade elders and politicians refused to discuss Central State because Hutus didn't consult them in the agreement, however, this doesn't mean it won't happen in future.
Marehan need to assert control over as many districts in Central Somalia as possible whilst talks are at a stand-still. Cabudwaaq is 100% Marehan, Gelinsoor and Dhuusamareeb are shared and under Ahlu Sunnah control last time I checked. Any other districts?

im a great believer of having short term "Periphery Doctrine" but in the long term we should have equitable peace in our region.
peace in the central regions gives us the opportunity to roam and establish kingdom of heaven (j/land)

our only problem is that the native indian model can`t be applied to the ogaden, that’s why I believe biological warfare should be considered as the most humane method
if we immunize our self-nobody won`t notice nor would we be criminal liable under international law (aslong as we have a alibi)

The ogaden question is most persisting question of our time.
I do not believe in containment, that policy is good for hawiye but won`t solve our ogaden question
I believe slow displacement is the answer and we should create hostile environment where climate of war and threat to personal security is the norm for a ogaden in the kingdom.

I've never expressed anti-Ogaden or genodical sentiments so I highly doubt he was addressing me privately or publicly.
