Cause and Reason: In protest over the political purge of 1982 in which 6 prominent ministers were arrested, primarily over the arrest of the former mayor of Muqdisho and then minister Osman Jele, a Hawadle.
Actions and Consequences: Muqdisho awoke to find leaflets cast across the city with the words Jeele ama Jidka inscribed on them, Jele or the Roads. It turned out that dissident military officials blockaded the region of Hiiraan, from Jalalaqso to Matabaan, virtually stopping the north-south traffic flow of the country. The countries central highway was cut in half. Siad Barre threatened to send in the military and wrote a letter to the Ugaas. The Ugaas requested he release his kinsman first, the rebels threatened to extend the blockade even further into Jowhar.Isbaaro was introduced to Somalia, Hawadle filed the patent application lol
Outcome: After two weeks of negotiations (between Hawadle and the Somali Republic
), a resolution proposed by the Mudulood and Karanle elders was adopted Regional officials and certain notables were appeased by various means 
Tribalizing the matter was very ill advised but if this move had resonated across the country, a nation wide stance against autocracy....
