Being emotionally detached

I have reached a point in my life where I am almost completely emotionally detached. My emotions usually doesn't go up and down, but is pretty stable. I can't remember last time I was "in love" or experienced any kind of euphoria, probably more than 10+ years ago. I kinda feel mellow and peaceful emotionally, I don't experience euphoria nor sadness. Is there something wrong with me? Can someone relate?

Never been on anti-depressant. I have never been depressed. I am 23, how is that relevant?

The school system here in Sweden is different. I started college at the age of 16 and was trained as a dentist until I was 21.

This is not related to the topic though, so anyone who goes off topic will be reported.

You are depressed. If you want to be euphoric, I suggest you star wearing a fedora.

It can't be depression. I have read the symptoms and I don't experience any of them.

Maybe you are just edgy. Do you listen to Linkin Park and feel that you are numb?

I wouldn't describe myself as edgy. I don't listen to rock.

Can't you see that you're smothering me,
Holding too tightly, afraid to lose control?
'Cause everything that you thought I would be
Has fallen apart right in front of you.
(Caught in the undertow, just caught in the undertow)
Every step that I take is another mistake to you.
(Caught in the undertow, just caught in the undertow)
And every second I waste is more than I can take.

Its probably the instant gratification your life is built around such as computer, junk food etc which has caused your emotions to numb. I suggest you balance your life, proportionate time reserved for study, pc/tv, gym and socialising and less junk food.
