So let me get this straight you are saying that black is a culture so some madow people can have black culture and some may not ? So it's like how people say Arab is not a race but a culture where different ethnics, tribes etc are part of?

I believe the negativity in black culture stems from lack of economics, as somali you should understand this. lack of proper ecomonics = culture of crime

How has somali found acceptance from black culture? Im not sure if black accept somali's they always question if somali's are black and don't respond to them like other ppl of west african descent. Its more like somali's finding common ground for themselves in black culture.

Either way its hard to define what black culture is? Hiphop isnt the only thing, also Jazz Music, Blues, Rocknrock, and House music created by AA, they have "soul food" as food so it seems to me they have a culture but the lack of economics fuels crime, and then the criminal mentality is projected by the media attention of these "gangster rappers". They are other rappers who dont rap such negativity but they dont seem to get the same attention from media.

A person's Intelligence is mostly due to his or hers genetics mate, its been proven time and time again. Now that makes certain people uncomfortable and I can understand that but hiding and explicitly avoiding the reality of the situation is never going to fix it. Perhaps one day with science and technology we will uncover (maybe even fix) what truly makes someone "clever" as oppose to being erm....not so clever but until then, we don't have any other options (except perhaps now loathed things like Eugenics and I seriously don't see that happening in this day and age).

lemme guess, so this low IQ is why africans are in the hole and Europeans arent right? . Maybe you do have low IQ if you actually believe this, how can the people who were in Europe drinking Cow milk and Ox Blood and didn't get civilized until muslim invasion now be the centre of IQ .
