It is about damn time someone took notice of the long neglected humanitarian situation in S. Chicago. It is the moral obligation of the leading peace loving nations to assemble an international force, a collision of the willing if you will, and bring about a semblance of law and order in S. Chicago. It may be further necessary to establish a No-Fly Zone in the affected area and even consider air dropping much needed food stuff, if we are ever to have any chance of saving these pockets of American Negros from impending extinction.
