There's only one dude in the first video who's from Ceerigaabo and it's Maxamed Siciid (BK) in the black t-shirt. His clan is the majority in Ceerigaabo and the mayor of that town have always belonged to that clan.

The city of Ceerigaabo was built by the Magaadle clan (Dir), They're the maternal uncles of the Habar Magaadle (Isaaq)
