Wait for pics. London house prices have increased by 25% just this year alone and the average house price is now £400,000 or $640,000.

It's all about the location. There was an article in the paper today about house prices, apparently average price in London is now around half a million, you have to be on £100,000 to have a shot.

By the time a person has saved a deposit house prices will have increased by another 25%

It can't be £700 if it's in central London, a studio of a similar quality in greater London would be round about that price give or take a hundred
You have to admit though that for as long as there are idiots who care more about their postcode than their health it's a worthy investment.
