Err....IDP's are estimated to be at least 500,000 in Banadir mate.

Somaliland style election is not going to happen in 2016 in somalia. they will just fix the 4.5 formula from pure qabil to degamaysi. example Mj MPs will no longer represent all puntland but their respective districs only. an other axample is a saad Mp will represent galkacyo district while a saleban MP will represent cadaado district. then it goes back to the same way MPs will vote the president . local elections is going to be the same. each mogadishu district will nominate several representatives once the local council are created the members will elect their chairman/mayor .
