Mama, I love you.
Since ramadan I havent been eating well.i rarely excercise.add a bit of junk food to that.Please, dont feel sorry for me, I am a soldier.however, I think I have slightly gone more madow in the past few months.god damn.i am gonna buy a nutrion book tomorrow.
