lol, I see him a lot. Funny guy. He doesn't take the job seriously and people kind of enjoy his good-natured humor.
Poor guy needs help though, he's clearly not okay in the head.

Does he accept money? I think he does it because unfortunately the kid is mentally unbalanced ..I remember him from my last trip to Hargeisa, dude would be in the middle of the road at a 90 degree Fahrenheit while that dam desert sun is burnin any mortal soulEvolSyawla wrote:lol, I see him a lot. He is, I agree with both of you. But that's why people are kind to him. We all know he won't harm anyone and yes, people do give money. I've even seen someone giving him qado one day, that made me so happy. I really wish he wasn't in the sun at that time though.
