Is there any hope of growing taller at 21 years old?

I'm 6ft1" at 21 years old, my grandad ra on my dad's side was 6ft 10" while my dad is 6ft 4". I have one cousin on my dad's side that is 6 ft 8 in, but most are 6ft 1", while my mum's side are all midgets, like 5ft5"- 5ft 10".

So is there any hope of hitting that 6ft 3" at this age, and if yes what shall I eat or do to get there?

I could swear I've gained 2cm in the last year, my advice drink lots of milk and stay away from weight lifting

Maybe but most likely not. Law of averages due to your mother's side short stature assures you stay at '6'1''. Still you are above average height for anyone. U.S. average height for men is 5'10'' -- must be all the Mexicans moving up here and dragging down the average.
