That land is in a prime area, It would properly sell for 30-40 grand. But u can buy a land further down just like this for 10-20 that is the size of 3 football pitchs.

Ismail. That land would be hotel or resturant spot since is in the down town next to the mayor office and beerta xoriyada next to other.
And plus is gain more since every year is add about 3 grand to it value. so leave and u make sum $$$$

but your right people who own the land don't what to do with or havn't got the money/resource to start farming.
They should rent out or sell it like in hargeisa or gabiley farms.

If u want land in ceeri, You have to deal with Gadhweyn one way or the other. Haadi kale go invest in maydh or odweyn or the isahaq dominated area, New hargeisa.

All the land u see there is owned by Gadhweyn my friend, Including all the prime location like the farms and buildings.

^ Lol. Nice pictures, how much did he pay for the palm tree? It appears to be Phoenix canariensis from Canary Island. It is drought tolerant and grows very fast
up to 5 meters. Might plant some of them in Central Sanaag and Bohol district.

It will look like this when it grows fully.

That palm tree is the typical date palm that grows in the ME, it's very suitable in a country like Somaliland which is semi-arid.

The main clans from Talo&Tawfiiq community that have local elected MPs in Ceerigaabo are Musa Ismaaciil, Musa Carre and Sacad Yoonis.
The mayor hailing from the majority sub clan there the Musa Ismaaciil aka Gadhweyn since the SNM recaptured the city over 2 decades
ago. Nothing complicated about it, works fine good arrangement.
