What's your daily routine? Healthy routine?

Post by Julkimi »

What healthy thing do you do every day? and what benefits did you get from it.

Here's what I do daily.

I do 10 minute meditation-- I want to go longer but I can't sit still lool. The benefits I got it, healthy mind and soul. I tune out that 10 minute and clear my mind.

I also started drinking hot lemon water in morning--- Boost of immune system, I used to get a cold every two weeks, now I feel better, CLEAR SKIN, glowy skin. I have noticed a difference.

Hot Yoga-- I used to do regular yoga, but now I switched to Hot yoga and I love it.

Eating Fish-- I went vegetarian for a while but I became too weak, so I switched to being a pescetarian, Wallahi I feel energized, and I get my protein from it plus I love seafood.

Have a cold shower in the mornings.

As for your meditating, it's most likely a placebo effect.

Baasto: It's to get an advanced xalimo or learn how to cook. Your body, mind and soul will thank you. Takeaways are good once in a while but how do people eat it everyday? I would sick.

Besides exercising, maintaining a balanced healthy diet, and getting 7-8 hours of sleep anything else imo is secondary and tertiary. This is what I do tho.

Kickboxing and Brazilian Ju Jitsu - Just started BJJ and I'm new to it but I'm a black belt and I'm working on my 2nd Dan black belt atm iA. This benefits me because Improve my overall cardiovascular health, improves my flexibility and agility/balance

Weightlifting - Been lifting consistently 4-6 days a week since Ramadan started. Good for joint flexibility, boosting overall happyness/mood (endorphine neuropeptide rush), and increases bone density to inshallah prevent osteoporosis down the line since it runs in my moms family.

Cutting out all liquids that aren't water, milk or freshly squeezed juice - Helps me stay leaner.

My daily routine starts with yoga and meditation as its the best thing to start your soulful day. Whole day you feel fresh and lively. Exercise, rest, and good nutrition lay the foundation for beautiful, healthy body and skin, inside and out. A proper diet is not only good for your overall health, it also helps to ensure that your skin will receive all of the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that it needs to maintain and repair cells.
Drinking purified water is another good routine I follow for health. Water helps to hydrate the skin and move waste and nutrients through the system.
I follow a healthy skin care routine as well. The main asset or say the importance of my daily routine is to look perfect and healthy all the way long, so its even more essential for me to have a healthy and radiant glowing skin. My health routine is based on vegan products and I believe eating vegetarian food stuffs to deal with my body and skin respectively. Its just the way how you enhance and maintaining your skin care routine as well as your daily routine regiment to make you mind and soul cool and calm.

gym 6 days a week unless I am really busy with deadlines and such.
getting at least 8 hours of sleep.
eating lots of veggies.
drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day.
as for cardio I try to do at least 30 mins of walking if not I will just do 20-30 mins 12% incline on a treadmill after gym session, that is for 5 days the other two I do interval runs. this helped me lose those extra weight on my gut which can be really frustrating.
one more thing STAY AWAY FROM SUGARY SHIT if you're trying to lose weight.
