HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) - The determination of Somalilanders in protecting their independence thence foster development in their country is something I have cherished and advocated for in New York.
This was stated by the deputy UNSOM Chief in Charge of political affairs Ms Fatihia Serour at the Ambassador Hotel in Hargeisa during her address to the two days Somaliland Aid Coordination Forum.
"I Speak with emotions for I was in Somaliland a Short while ago and managed to visit a number of areas in the country where I met citizens who are determined in protecting their Sovereignty" Said Ms Serour adding that though she is now stationed in Mogadishu she has championed and advocated for a rethink within the International community on the 234 years long quest for recognition as a sovereign country.
She also said it was a also a privilege to be invited to this meeting because it comes at a crucial time for Somaliland and its partners as pertains the work being undertaken towards fulfilling the Somaliland Special Arrangements –SSA that were established as part of the New deal for /Somalia.

Ms Fatihia Serour who is an Algerian citizen is the deputy to Amb Nicholas Kay the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General to Somalia and head of UNSOM is the senior most UN official to publicly declare her support and advocacy for the Somaliland quest for international recognition as a Sovereign country.
While pledging to continue supporting the determination of Somaliland citizens Ms Serour who also congratulated the government in Hargeisa for facilitating peace and security said that the issue of Gender balancing and access to justice was crucial in any democracy.

Xarunta Maxamud Ugadhyahan is Sarmaanyo in Sanaag but Xudun in Sool ayaad shegataa??
Garaad Saleban Garad Mahamed and Ahmed Saleban Dafle ayaad is xigtaan.

Maxamud Ugadhyahan are found in Sool/Sanaag......only Cabdi/Maxmud are found in Sarmaayo (Sanaag)
The other branches are found in western Xudun district all the way to Lafweyne, Jidbali, bancaade.

And that leaves you where exactly, since pretty much you are at the mercy of the secessionists? If you are from Khatumo, all you need to do is sit down, be a good slave and shudda fukc up.
