How about making life-saving drugs ìllegaly in Somalia?

Instead of relying on foreigners Somalis should make the drugs they need. Its worth the money and it'll be saving lives.

Start small like Heisenburg did and make it larger as revenue comes in. There are enough Somali chemists, pharmacists and process engineers out there to do this.

This was the profit margin of the pharmaceutical industry last year even though they were being slapped with lawsuits left, right and centre.

I think we should start with the basic drugs first like pain meds and antibiotics.

there are already Heisenbergs out there, with illegal pharma operations around the world.
there is new technology that lets you produce allot of complex chemicals from some device the size of a fridge.

pharma will go the way of the record companies,
imagine if you could download any formula and then produce it at home.
