why did godane have people killed?

He had decent ideas, but killing people like abu mansoor was a mistake

"It is not for a believer to kill any believer, except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake, then, a believing slave has to be freed and the blood money paid to his family, unless they forgo it. And if he (the victim) belongs to a people hostile to you and is a believer, then, a believing slave has to be freed. And if he (the victim) belongs to a people between whom and you there is treaty, then, blood money is to be paid to his family, and a believing slave to be freed. And whoever does not find one has to fast for two consecutive months. This is a relenting from Allah. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. [92]

And whoever kills a believer deliberately, his reward is Jahannam where he shall remain for ever and Allah shall be angry with him and shall cast curse upon him and he has prepared for him a mighty punishment."[93] (4:92-93

History will judge Amiir Godane the man single handily battled African Union troops Ethiopians Kenyans Ugandans And Burundians generations from now people will see Alshabaab in a different perspective though Amiir Godane was ruthless who used Kill his opponents and believed in collateral damage he was an extreme Jihadist who believed the African union troops were doing Somalis wrong and in some way he was right. And he was hit by an American missile History will teach that he was never killed by a Somali or a Bantu from subsaharan Africa , but by one of the greatest states the world has ever seen the United states. He went down as a soldier and he died for his cause Amir Godane was perfectionist a cousin of mine who graduated from the same High school in Hargeysa in the early 1990s told me that he scored above average in a test and he told the teacher i failed i want an A plus or else i failed.

technogc,

calm the hell down, forget politics for a while and study the basics. Really go study fiqh of Salat, that'll be way better for you then trying to get ayah's and hadith to justify this or that
